We hired Wade & team for a full kitchen and guest bathroom renovation. They were extremely thorough and we felt taken care of the whole way through the process! Carey was our project manager and we enjoyed getting to know him. Always on time and took great care of our house while renovations and subcontractors were working. We have young children and he made sure they were done for the day in time for us to have dinner and bedtime without disruption. He also made sure to keep any safety hazards at bay. Rachel was also wonderful and did a great job on the final clean. Wade & team pay attention to detail, are trustworthy and overall wonderful to work with!

We contracted with Plantation for a large (>750 sq ft) remodeling project that involved demolition of part of an existing house, pouring a new foundation, framing, siding, roofing, windows--everything right down to tiles, lighting fixtures and millwork. Both the owner, Wade Bowman and our site manager, Carey Turney, were reliable, easy to communicate with, and impeccably professional at all times. They always responded to our messages within 24 hours. Plantation was relentlessly focused on details without losing sight of the bigger project, working with us to solve all the little difficulties, revisions and problems that inevitably arise during a project of this size and duration. Their billing was fair and transparent and they never hesitated to openly discuss details of costs when they arose and worked with us to find cheaper ways of doing something when necessary. When we think of all the ways a big home renovation project could go wrong, we're grateful once again we went with Plantation.

I used Wade many years ago in 2014 for a small project on our old house, and immediately thought of him when we were looking to renovate our main floor bathroom, laundry room and home office. We have lived in our home for many years. Our original kitchen was not bringing any joy to our lives. We love to cook and wanted a kitchen that enhanced our cooking experiences.
Wade has been a family friend for many years. We knew he had great experience and immaculate attention for detail. But he was priced a little higher that we originally wanted to spend. We began researching other companies and became weary of how they did business. We have heard too many horror stories of people being ripped off by contractors and subcontractors. We did not want to become a statistic. We decided to go with Wade and Plantation Renovation.
We immediatley knew we made the correct decision. Wade helped us make so many decisions that could have caused arguments between two loving spouses. He was with us to pick out the cabinets, floors, etc. He required payments throughout the process as something was completed, instead of all upfront. When we had questions or potential issues, he took immediate care of us.
We did not add any square footage, but with Wade's help, we were able to add a beautiful pantry cabinet with sliding shelves and and additional two feet of counter space, which also gave us more cabinet space.
The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier with our choice. We highly recommend Plantation Renovation!

I engaged the Plantation Renovation team to complete a closet addition and laundry room build out. It was a somewhat unique project (idea in my head), but Wade and his team were able to make it reality. We’re thrilled with our master bathroom remodel. The team at Plantation Renovation did a phenomenal job.
The design process was straight forward. Wade assisted with ideas but was never pushy. We went to several vendors and were able to look at samples of everything including cabinets, hardware, countertops, and tile.
Once the work began communication was great from start to finish. Carey was always there to oversee and inspect each phase of the project. The work was high quality and done on a very reasonable timeline.
We highly recommend this company and plan to hire them again in the future.

We hired Plantation Renovation to finish our basement. Wade came out and surveyed our basement and worked with us to create a design that fit our needs, going back and forth making adjustments as needed without issues or pushback.
After we agreed on the design, he personally went to the design showrooms to help us pick out what finishings we wanted. Letting us know what would/wouldn't work with our plans, but leaving all design elements up to us.
We had a dedicated foreman assigned to our project who was onsite everyday that we had contractors onsite. This allowed for keeping the project on time and kept us in the loop the entire time. It also allowed us to catch any issues in advance before they became major. When there was a change order due to an issue with our existing foundation/plumbing, they were upfront with options, pricing, etc (as this was a problem uncovered after the fact and could not have been anticipated.)
I appreciated the payment schedule was based on multiple project milestones and this was laid out before any construction began. This allowed us to budget accordingly, but aso allowed for constant communication between us and Plantation Renovation and showed true project management.
Contstruction itself met and exceeded our expectations. Construction included replacing load bearing walls with support beams, moving other walls, changing plumbing direction/flow and then complete finishing. We even had a realtor friend of ours help with staging afterwards and she was impressed with the detail of the finishings.
We felt in charge of the process the entire time and was in constant communication with the team.
As far as the elephant in the room - pricing: They definitely weren't the cheapest. However, we felt that with what you pay extra in costs, you get back in the quality of the build, the true professionalism of the team, the complete project management from start to finish with no cut corners, and the constant oversight over the contractors to keep things ontime and on budget.
We would 100% hire them again for any future projects.
