We have found that in projects like this, the architect’s design almost always exceed the budget. The design/build concept is all about team work! We partner together with homeowners to identify your goals and your budget. That way, costs are figured out before the start of the project, instead of at the end. Which means, minimal surprises. Of course, all construction projects come with risks. Especially renovations. But, by planning ahead of time, we can keep those surprises to a minimum.
