Step 1

Free Consultation

We begin our process with an in-home visit. Our initial consultation meeting is a chance for us to see what you have to work with and learn more about what you are trying accomplish so that we can offer you our insights and provide you with realistic budget ranges.

We will be looking at different aspects of the project such as feasibility, identification of specific challenges and how we can best meet your objectives. We are ultimately trying to put your vision for your home into our heads.

Afterwards, we will send you a Design Agreement: defining the scope of work and how we will proceed together.

Step 2

Designing Your Space

Other firms request anywhere from 10-20% of the estimate, PLUS hourly billing for design. We think that’s a bit much.

Our non-refundable design fee is typically around 1% and no hourly fee, due only when you sign the Design Agreement. However – if you decide to hire us for the build, that money will be credited towards your final bill.

Once you’ve signed: over the following 4 to 6 weeks, we will begin designing your space using our top of the line software. This software will generate 3D renders of your new space, as well as CAD drawings, which will function as the guidelines for your renovation. This is the design/build way!

Once the design is complete, we will send you a detailed, itemized quote: along with an easy to follow billing schedule. Once an agreement has been reached and a deposit paid: construction will begin.

Step 3

Construction

We will schedule a pre-construction meeting with you and our project managers – where we will discuss the details of your remodel.

A professional, uniformed, and experienced Project Manager will be on-site every working day. They will also function as your contact for the duration of your renovation. They will work with you to keep your project on schedule and on budget.

We ensure that all sub-contractors are fully licensed and insured, no exceptions. We only work with trustworthy and well known tradesmen: we’ve been in the business for 20 years and don’t bid out your project to just anyone.

Step 4

Final Walkthrough

We will perform a final walkthrough of your home with you and ensure that every last detail is handled to your specifications.

Step 5

Warranty

– We offer a full warranty on our work up to TWO YEARS.
– We can also help you with non-warranty repairs.
