We contracted with Plantation for a large (>750 sq ft) remodeling project that involved demolition of part of an existing house, pouring a new foundation, framing, siding, roofing, windows–everything right down to tiles, lighting fixtures and millwork. Both the owner, Wade Bowman and our site manager, Carey Turney, were reliable, easy to communicate with, and impeccably professional at all times. They always responded to our messages within 24 hours. Plantation was relentlessly focused on details without losing sight of the bigger project, working with us to solve all the little difficulties, revisions and problems that inevitably arise during a project of this size and duration. Their billing was fair and transparent and they never hesitated to openly discuss details of costs when they arose and worked with us to find cheaper ways of doing something when necessary. When we think of all the ways a big home renovation project could go wrong, we’re grateful once again we went with Plantation.
